Byron Writers Festival Residential Mentorship: applications extended

There’s still time to apply for a Byron Writers Festival Residential Mentorship. Applications now close on April 30. And the mentorship it will be rescheduled to take place later in the year when health advice due to the coronavirus allows.

The mentorship provides five days in a glorious Byron Shire location with one-on-one mentoring with Marele Day and the company of three other committed writers. With accommodation and catering provided, this is an outstanding opportunity to participate in a writing experience that has already proven to be a launch pad for many regional writers.

Applications are open to writers of fiction, or narrative non-fiction who reside in the Northern Rivers and are over 18 years old.
